Questions before launch

Where will Cal-Eats be available?

The marketplace is preparing to launch in Luton. The local preview uses fictional restaurants and sample LU1/LU2 delivery areas.

Who delivers the food?

Participating restaurants use their own delivery drivers. Collection is also supported. Cal-Eats does not provide a courier fleet.

Can I use the preview now?

Yes. You can explore the local customer journey and sample orders. Payments, restaurant data and order activity in the preview are simulated.

Is there a restaurant app?

Restaurants use the browser-based business workspace. Tablet installation and physical printer support still require device verification.
